Making a Maker is a collection of moments that tell the story of Gordon’s evolving role as a woman, mother, and artist after receiving a breast cancer diagnosis. Faced with the threat of her own disappearance, Gordon began an inquiry into the nature of time, fertility, and the architecture of identity by peering into the tender and magical places in her life with her daughter, where darkness defines light, and reality meets imagination.
