In her project Land/s, US-based Iranian photographer Gohar Dashti investigates the power of nature to make people feel at home, no matter where they find themselves on Earth. Each work in the series depicts a mobile billboard featuring an American landscape, set against a similar-looking backdrop in Iran. This video follows Dashti on her excursions to the various sites depicted in her final photographs, revealing the complex process of creating the works.
