MEG PARTRIDGE SPOTLIGHT
Filmmaker Meg Partridge salutes two women photo pioneers, Imogen Cunningham and Dorothea Lange, and her father, Rondal. The Academy Award–nominated Portrait of Imogen has Cunningham tell her life story through vintage interviews, explaining her art and the relationships that shaped it, including that with Edward Weston. A Visual Life explores the work of Dorothea Lange, renowned for her images of the Depression in America's southwest. Interviews with Lange's sons and assistants shed light on the woman and the artist.
