CN Tower - The History of Making Memories

May 1–31, 2008
CN Tower
301 Front St S

For over 32 years, the CN Tower has been a source
of pride and inspiration for many: the original
team of builders, Toronto citizens and visitors to
the city. From the construction through to
memorable events, occasions and visitors, this
exhibit takes us on a journey through this iconic
landmark’s history, as told via this extraordinary
series of photos. This is a unique look at the
impact of architectural monuments on public
consciousness. Also showing is AMREF (African
Medical and Research Foundation) Canada’s
first-ever photo exhibit, featuring images that
celebrate the spirit of African communities. Every
picture captures the strength and resilience of
Africans, illustrating their potential to heal
themselves with the right resources. Be a part of
AMREF’s optimistic and passionate outlook of
Africa’s future.
