In Japan, people say, “sode-suriau-mo
tasho-no-en.” Translated, it means: even if you
just pass by somebody, you may be related to the
person. The idea is, if we go back to very ancient
times, all of our ancestors were one family. Or we
might have met in our past lives, so there is a
historical reason that we take care of each other,
and love each other.
