Cylla von Tiedemann

Von Tiedemann’s photographs portray scenes of dramatic change in Havana, Cuba, and the resilience of the city’s inhabitants. She captures the movement of the people and the architecture, focusing on how individuals adapt within their environment. These constructed digital images explore how one’s interpretation of icons and the familiar influences one’s perception of their environment. Von Tiedemann will also conduct a workshop on constructed digital imagery May 23. Please call the gallery for details.
