This is Our Farmhouse is a series that looks at the relationship between photographs and memories. Davidson grew up on a farm in Keene, Ontario. She uses her mother’s collection of idyllic family photographs from her childhood to create a dialogue between past and present, and ultimately address the enormous significance certain photographs can have in our lives.
