Construction sites are hidden behind walls of hoarding—often ignored urban voids. Deconstruction is a series that uses night photographs of construction sites as a metaphor for human urban isolation. This body of work also attempts to turn the banal into the extraordinary. By photographing from within these sites looking outwards to the city, Hason questions the importance of these construction sites to the urban landscape.
