Saturday May 9, 10-5pm
Instructor, Rob Norton will cover the history of this antique process, as well as its contemporary uses. In this workshop, participants will learn how to properly pour a wet-plate using collodion; print tintypes of personal images from positive transparencies using an enlarger; as well as compose and shoot unique portraits utilizing a historical wet-plate camera. At the end of the day, each student will take home his/her own personalized plate tintypes.
