The Open Call Exhibition program encourages a variety of photographic practices from all ages and career levels. These exhibitions can be held in any type of venue in the Greater Toronto Area, including galleries, community centres, cafés, and retail shops. Outdoor exhibition spaces, such as storefront windows and park installations, are also encouraged.

Your exhibition and artist information will reach CONTACT’s extensive audience through the Festival’s website and printed materials. The 27th edition of CONTACT is planned for May 1–31, 2023.

Before submitting, all artists/exhibition organizers must secure a venue in which to hold the exhibition. The artists/organizers are responsible for all aspects of the exhibition production and presentation.
