Register for the 2022 Festival by January 10, 2022.
This non-juried category is open to all, encouraging a variety of photographic practices. Open Call Exhibitions can be held in any type of venue in the Greater Toronto Area, from art spaces to community centres, cafés, or retail shops. Exhibition spaces that can be safely visited outdoors, such as storefront window spaces, are also encouraged.
Your exhibition and artist information will reach CONTACT’s extensive audience through the Festival’s website and printed materials.

Before submitting, all artists/exhibition organizers must secure a venue in which to hold the exhibition. The artists/organizers are responsible for all aspects of the exhibition production and presentation.
To accommodate evolving COVID-19 health and safety regulations, Open Call Exhibitions can also be presented online as a virtual exhibition by Canadian residents in the event that venues are closed or cannot be secured.
